Stall Holder Information

As usual, the 2010 Cockburn Rotary Spring Fair will be held on the last Sunday in October. This falls on the 31st of October and so naturally, there will be a Halloween theme!

The official start time is 11am and stall holders are required to remain until 6pm. Fireworks are scheduled for the earlier time of 7:30pm with no daylight saving.

Applications and Conditions are available below for download.

Applications (including payment) are due by Friday, 8th of October 2010. A late fee will apply to applications received after this date. Food and drink applications will NOT be accepted after this date.

An additional "Approval for a temporary food premises" will be required by the City of Cockburn Health Services if you intend selling food or drinks. Please apply direct to the City. Details are in the download package.

Bare sites (3x3m) are available from $50. Sites will be charged for every 3m of frontage (if you have a 4m tent, you will need a 6m site and will be charged $100). Marquees (3x3m) already erected on site will attract an additional fee of $130. Power is optional from $50 for a single 15Amp lead with extra leads at $30 per lead.

Public liability insurance is a requirement. However, the City can obtain a policy that will cover stall holders for a very reasonable fee of $20 per applicant.

The Rotary Club of Cockburn Inc. and the City of Cockburn are excited to organise this year's community event as it grows each year. This year will see the return of the Fire Games along with the usual rides, radio controlled rally cars, helicopter rides, amusements, stage entertainment, youth activities and so on. See you there!
