President Ian Watson Welcomed all to the meeting

Request from Esperance Club for help our end re moving a patient from Esperance to Eppingham Rd Hamilton Hill on 12th April to Destination Saturday 13th. Volunteers forthcoming and will help.

Directors Reports:
Club Service/Vice President: Enjoyed Conference in Collie was well run and enjoyable experience. Encourage members to attend conferences and next year in Rockingham so book in for March next year. Entertainment Books those who ordered hard copies will be picking up next week so if you need them collect from Rosinda otherwise be at the next club meeting.
Governance Officer: Constitution still in hands of the Dept Commerce for ratification. Associations Dept looking for "Statement" from the club for 2016 and 2018 years.
Treasurer:  Funds Okay. Really enjoyed the Collie Conference and encourage all members to join in and go along to conferences as they are good value.
Foundation: Ray Swap Meet at Beeliar Shopping centre all a go every Sunday; Roster of at least two members each week sent around again. Need to fill Easter. Eric our events guy has been around to the other venues and come back with some recommendations which will be discussed at meeting to be held 3pm next Monday at Jamaca Blue in beeliar
Polio Plus donation from the club was presented by President Ian at Conference to DG
Fellowship:
50th Anniversary of the Club is in June 19 but will have a 50th Birthday bash deferred to 25th July 2019 (TBC) due to lodging a grant application. Jandacot Hall to be used.
Wine Tasting Night will be held on a Friday night 10th May at the Shed. Put in Diary
28th March fellowship night at Aaron Italian 2 Go in Hamilton Hill was great and attended by 12 people.
Membership:  Couple prospective members SK & She Tan attended the FishnChips night maybe a nogo due to couple looking for a younger membership with kids of her own childs age. Geoff Webb still following up Jason Pinner from business IBroken. Business Cards available. In the Club cupboard. On going meetings. Banners and promotional material being ordered.
Community:  Donations done to Salvos and again to foodbank. Cheque presentations by the club should be done at Club Level and appropriate acknowledgement via facebook and web site advertising the presentation.
Vocational: Diane chasing up schools regarding Literacy awards. 4Way Test schools being approached missed first round but Seton looking good for new year.
Looking at Army Museum Band night invitation sent out direct booking
also RSL have a sundowner on 1st and 3rd Friday mth we could go along as a club outing to support their fundraising.
Youth: Outward bound student Meila sent a great 2nd update on her Youth Exchange to Spain. New inbound student Xavier coming in July so we must arrange accommodation and schooling prior.
International: Further support to Max Bird for his work in East Timor and presentation of our funds to the project have been done . and also Shelter Box and Sole Man donations approved.
